Pascal Debon and Elodie Dieudonné

THE STORY

A century-old story. Early last century, the Garnier family created the winery and developed it by acquiring the best vineyards, those perched on the hills of the valley of Borrels.
In 2018, a new page opened with the acquisition of the Mas des Borrels by  Pascal Debon.
He invested in replanting vineyards and in the winery for even better quality wines.
Elodie Dieudonné is the new winemaker at Mas des Borrels. She led the conversion of the domain to high environmental value certification (HVE).

THE TERROIR

Mas Borrels is located in an exceptional terroir. The soils are made of schist, granite sand and red clay. The vines enjoy the mild sea breezes of the Mediterranean. The winery is surrounded by 80 hectares of natural forests, cork oaks and arbutus, which preserve biodiversity.

THE WINES

Mas des Borrels wines are exclusively Côtes de Provence AOP.

Its 7 grapes varieties (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Rolle, Semillon and Tibouren) enable the creation of delicate and distinguished rosé, red and white wines.
